AJX Vision
Series
Built to last even in
extreme kitchen conditions, the fully-automatic AJX-66 conveyor
dishmachine is dual rated for both high-temp and chemical
sanitizing. The high-temp model cleans 225 racks per hour,
using only .68 gallons of water per rack. The
chemical-sanitizing model cleans 209 racks per hour, using just .78
gallons of water per rack. The powerful 22” prewash section
utilizes specially designed upper and lower arms for excellent
pre-scrapping of dirty wares.
