Rollers and Removable Grease Pan for Quick and Easy Cleanup
When it comes to
perfectly grilled hot dogs, sausages and links, nothing turns them
out like APW / Wyott Rolling Grills. Three different
models offer a size that's efficient for every foodservice
operation. Unit construction is heavy-duty stainless steel, with a
high torque motor to drive two banks of chrome or non-stick
Silverstone roller tubes which continuously rotate 360 degrees to
ensure quick, easy cooking. Each roller tube bank has
independent heating control with adjustment for field
calibration. Unit is wired with all roller elements in
parallel. Unit is supplied with bottom and side access
panels. Raised rollers allow for easy cleaning.
Unit features 11 roller tubes to achieve larger quantity production.
The Roller Grill's
high temperature setting can product hot, tasty franks in as little
as 3 1/2 minutes following a short 10-minute warm-up cycle.
Adjustable infinite controls for low settings. A removable
grease collection pan makes clean-up quick and easy.
The HRS's models have
a new TRU-Turn "non-stick" surface that is designed to
have enough "grabbing texture" to turn the "hard to
turn" Roll-type products.
Optional matching
self-serve sneeze guards and convenient bun warmers are available
for all models. A 4" metal leg kit is also available.
