Welcome to Restaurant Equipment World's restaurant review. On today's menu is Swine & Sons Provisions.

In the heart of Winter Park lies one of the area's newest eateries, from the same family who brought you Cask & Larder and The Ravenous Pig. Swine & Sons Provisions is a unique establishment that boasts southern-inspired, modern take-out fare showcasing artisanal charcuterie, local ingredients, butcher sandwiches, craft beer, boutique wines, seasonally inspired homemade ice creams, signature spices and rubs, scratch-made biscuits and daily pastry specials.

Stop by for lunch in Swine & Sons deli-style eatery and try specialty sandwich like Pimento Grilled cheese with bacon, pickled green tomato and pan de mie or the Salami Melt with genoa, giardiniera, fontina and herb aioli on a fresh baguette. We decided to try the Southern Cuban - Swine & Sons spin on the classic Cuban sandwich. This spectacular sandwich features roast pork, collards, pepper jelly, and Swiss cheese all between two slices of masa bread. Hand sliced meats, quality ingredients and true sandwich craftsmanship comes together to form a great meal. Don't forget to wash all that down with one of Swine & Sons locally sourced teas, sodas or brews.

Looking to take something home for lunch? Swine & Sons' deli offers a large sampling of fresh deli meats by the pound in their butcher case. Choose from ribeye hot dogs, beef jerky, smoked bacon, country terrine, salumi, country ham, house pastrami, smoked sausage and house specialty sausage - staples for any lunch table.

Having an outing or event? Try Swine & Sons catering menu serving everything from smoked chicken to ribs, even whole pigs as is or smoked porchetta style. Add some southern style sides and sharables like marinated tomatoes with cucumber, onion, feta and verjus vinaigrette or mac n' cheese with fresno hot sauce bread crumbs. Don't forget dessert - ask for their current list of pies and cakes, or try macarons, whoopee pies and of course homemade cookie platters.
